Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator responsible for supporting sales, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, providing after-sales support, planning and coordinating the delivery of the company’s services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in all sales related matters as and when required.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing campaigns such as Road Shows, Salon de la Maison.
- Capture, handle and coordinate customer's requests/interventions.
- Prepare, issue and follow-up for approval of quotations.
- Raise, issue and follow up approval of Purchase Order as applicable.
- Ensure that orders are prepared in a timely manner and are within budget.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and that all relevant documents/information are uploaded on ERP.
- Any other cognate duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Qualifications & Experience
- Holder of a Higher School certificate.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing personal services and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms and workplace terminology.
- Good verbal, written communication in both English and French.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
