ABC Foods is looking for a dynamic and reliable Senior Accounts Officer to join our Finance team and shall report to the Accountant.

Key Duties:

• Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Review and monitor customer credit limits on a quarterly basis.
• Oversee and ensure effective coordination across the credit control function.
• Review and maintain the new customer account creation process.
• Ensure debtor collections are managed in line with agreed company policies and standards.
• Support the preparation of monthly statutory returns and respond to related queries from MRA.
• Prepare and analyse management reports for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Support month-end closing activities and the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of internal control procedures for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Provide support to the Accountant on projects and general administrative duties
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and address audit-related enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
