Azure Outsourcing Services is looking to recruit a dynamic and meticulous Sales & Admin Support Officer for Zigzag Ltée, a company expert in Signages. The incumbent is expected to support and assist the sales department.
DUTIES
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on sales quotations in coordination with Salesperson
- Receive, review, and process purchase orders (POs) from clients
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, product details, terms, and conditions on quotations and POs
- Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, and documentation
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding quotations, order status, and basic inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support Salespersons with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations when required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and sales policies
- Maintain proper filing of all sales-related documents.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales administration or sales support role (preferred)
- Experience in preparing quotations and handling purchase orders is a strong advantage
- Proactive and reliable
- Well-organized and methodical
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and courteous when dealing with clients
