Security & Patrol Officer (2549-SPO)

Our client in the property sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Security and Patrol Officer who will report to the Guest Relation Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient use of CCTV systems to monitor estate perimeters, identify irregularities, and report incidents to the Guest Relation Supervisor.
• Perform regular patrols, ensure safety of residents and Estate properties, observe and report security/safety breaches.
• Welcome and guide residents, owners and guests politely, handle queries, maintain professional conduct.
• Always follow procedures.
• Log incidents accurately and report them in a timely and confidential manner to the Guest Relation Supervisor.
• Calm and effective response to emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.

Profile:

• Experience in a similar posiiton would be an advantage.
• Accurately monitors CCTV and surroundings, detects anomalies.
• Provides courteous and attentive service to guests/residents.
• Clearly communicates instructions and writes accurate reports.
• De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Respond to emergencies with calm, effective action.

Working Conditions:

• The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and during extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond to incidents.
• The position demands vigilance, physical activity, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
