About the role

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team, foster initiatives, develop and showcase individual talents to serve customers and performance
  • Stimulate collective intelligence and promote engagement from all to collaboratively implement a shared strategy
  • Be an active participant in driving significant transformations within your scope of activity
  • Contribute to defining the project/priorities of the entity in alignment with the strategy and ensure conditions for implementation
Activities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain individual and collective skills
  • Lead the team by fostering a facilitating and cooperative work environment
  • Understand and communicate the entity's strategy clearly to the team, giving it meaning
  • Enhance performance within your scope and contribute to the overall environment
  • Be a driver of reflection or projects beyond your team’s scope
  • Participate in talent and skill detection and assessment beyond your team.
  • Monitor market demand evolutions regarding skills.
  • Contribute to evolution projects in agreement with Orange Cyber Defense and their customers.
  • Manage operational workload supervision to optimize team bandwidth.
  • Ensure balanced workload distribution across teams.
  • Identify necessary skills and implement actions to acquire the required competencies  for  running Orange Cyber Defense operations.
  • Define steps for implementing certification pathways with support from business units, experts, and key users
  • Create and manage training schedules/modules for support functions
  • Ensure the proper execution of training programs
  • Support new team members’ onboarding and development
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative reports on Cyber and network Security operations
  • Recommend action plans, adjustments, and improvements to the management committee
  • Lead team transformation projects and cross-functional initiativesDriving Company Transformation
  • Design, implement, and promote (as appropriate) transformations (organizational, operational, behavioral, strategic, social) resulting from diversification and/or technological, digital, business, or managerial evolutions
  • Understand and explain the entity’s transformations
  • Give meaning to transformations by placing them in the context of the entity
  • Implement transformation within your scope
  • Be an active promoter of Orange’s digital transformation (customer relations, work methods, tools/IT systems)
  • Coordinate cross-functional implementation of transformations across teams/entities
  • Support transformation through communication/training and involve teams collaboratively
  • Manage difficulties arising from changes within the team
  • Capture, share, and communicate the effects of transformation
  • Co-construct transformation and create conditions for sustainable implementation
  • Adjust transformation based on feedback from clients, employees, users, etc.
  • Support the transformation of the entity across multiple dimensions (organizational, social, etc.)
  • Seek everyone’s involvement in transformation
  • Stay informed about technological, digital, business, and managerial evolutions to enhance anticipation
  • Share your vision of evolutions with the managerial community and be proactive in proposing ideas for the entity

About you

About you :

  • You have are passionate about the  IT Security  domain  , ecosystem , products and trends  ( security certifications are a plus )
  • Your will bring your experience in leading technical teams and senior professionals for at least 4 years .
  • You have a proven track record managing teams in high volume and high profile portfolio of customers .
  • You have a sound knowledge of  ITIL Methologies , particularly on service operations processes 
  • You are fluent with ISO norms , particularly  9001 ,  20001  & 27001 .
  • You have previously lead transformations project in an agile framework.
  • You understand and operate in matrix management configuration.
