To ensure the safety and security of people, property, and information within the premises by conducting patrols, monitoring activities, and enforcing security procedures.
Access Control & Monitoring
Monitor entry/exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles.
Verify identification badges, passes, and authorization.
Maintain logbooks and issue passes when required.
Patrolling & Surveillance
Conduct regular patrols (internal & external areas).
Monitor CCTV systems and report unusual activities.
Check doors, gates, windows, and restricted areas.
Incident & Emergency Response
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies (fire, medical, theft, intrusion).
Report incidents immediately to Control Room / Supervisor.
Assist in evacuation procedures when required.
Reporting & Documentation
Complete incident/occurrence reports.
Record shift handover notes.
Maintain daily activity logs.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and security procedures.
Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or suspicious activities.
Conduct random bag/vehicle checks as authorized.
Customer Service
Provide assistance and directions to staff and visitors.
Act as a professional representative of the security team.
