Conduct regular patrols of the entire hotel property, including guest areas, public spaces, and parking lots, to identify and correct safety and security hazards.
Manage and control access to the hotel and restricted areas, ensuring that only authorized individuals can enter.
Respond quickly to emergencies, disturbances, medical calls, or reports of theft, injury, or property damage.
Enforce hotel policies, safety regulations, and procedures, and address any violations.
Escort guests or staff when necessary, and provide assistance to the front desk or other departments.
Document daily activities, investigate incidents, and write detailed reports on any occurrences to Management.
