Our client in the management sector is seeking to recruit a Team Leader for the Company Secretarial and Corporate Administration Department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client companies, including Global Business Companies, Authorised Companies, IBCs, domestic companies and trusts.
- Client administration and bank services.
- Provide board services and maintain accurate and complete client corporate records, statutory registers, and other internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, statutory requirements, and corporate governance best practices.
- Regulatory liaison.
- Deal with banks, financial institutions, regulators and authorities.
- Client relationship management.
Profile:
- Degree in Accounting / Law / Finance.
- Qualified or finalist ACCA or ICSA (now the Chartered Governance Institute).
- At least 6 years experience in the Global Business Sector with at least 2 years as Team leader.
- A thorough understanding of corporate administrative functions, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Teamwork & leadership.
- Ability to work independently and supervise junior staff.
