Position Overview
We are recruiting a Sales Executive / Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across local and international markets. This role is ideal for a self-driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This position offers a mix of strategic sales leadership, team supervision, and business development, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model and attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and secure new business opportunities both locally and internationally
• Promote and sell specialized services and solutions (details shared during interviews)
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, and partners
• Supervise and support a small sales team, ensuring performance and growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
• Track leads, manage client communications, and monitor conversion rates using digital tools
• Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and virtual meetings
• Contribute to the expansion of the sales network, including onboarding new commission-based sales partners
• Support sponsorship acquisition and fundraising initiatives

Requirements
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Leadership: Ability to take initiative and lead a sales team
• Self-Motivation: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable using Google Workspace and online communication tools
• Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Creole (spoken and written)
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to attend occasional in-person meetings
