Location: Hybrid (Mauritius-based with flexible remote work)

Team Management: Supervises a team of 3

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Flexible hours available)

Position Overview

We are recruiting a Sales Executive / Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across local and international markets. This role is ideal for a self-driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This position offers a mix of strategic sales leadership, team supervision, and business development, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model and attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Source and secure new business opportunities both locally and internationally

Promote and sell specialized services and solutions (details shared during interviews)

Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, and partners

Supervise and support a small sales team, ensuring performance and growth

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives

Track leads, manage client communications, and monitor conversion rates using digital tools

Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and virtual meetings

Contribute to the expansion of the sales network, including onboarding new commission-based sales partners

Support sponsorship acquisition and fundraising initiatives

Requirements

Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Leadership: Ability to take initiative and lead a sales team

Self-Motivation: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Tech Literacy: Comfortable using Google Workspace and online communication tools

Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Creole (spoken and written)

Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to attend occasional in-person meetings
