WeSecure Ltd, subsidiary company of Avacor Ltd, is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager
DESCRIPTION:
The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the sales and operational functions of the company. This role ensures revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while maintaining high-quality service delivery, efficient installation, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in sales management, operational leadership, and will be adaptive to technology and security solutions.
MAIN DUTIES:
Sales Leadership:
- Establish technical needs of the customers and suggest appropriate products & services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company budget and growth targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead business development efforts, identify new market opportunities, and expand the customer base
- Implement tools to monitor, evaluate and improve sales performance (opportunities, KPIs)
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to sales team members
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including project planning, execution, and delivery of security installations
- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are consistently met
- Travel to locations to inspect quality of work form the technical team
- Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Set operational guidelines for best response time to clients request and after sales service
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management
- Manage complaints, bring solutions and report to the management
Team Leadership & Development:
- Participate in the learning and development of new products, technologies, software and services
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Promote continuous improvement and professional development
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in electronic security, technology, or related industries
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Technical understanding of electronic security systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites or client meetings.
