We are looking for a highly organised and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales team in driving occupancy, revenue and brand positioning.
This role acts as a key liaison between Operations and clients (Corporate, STO/DMC, Groups), ensuring smooth coordination, accurate reporting, timely quotations, and effective marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage RFPs, LNR contracts, STO contracts and group quotations
- Respond to client enquiries and ensure timely, accurate proposals
- Maintain sales reports, statistics, databases and marketing records
- Conduct rate checks (IHG, GDS, OTA platforms) and support rate loading processes
- Support corporate ID requests and contract administration
- Assist with marketing database management and online content/image audits
- Coordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Monitor key KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, REVPAR and cost of distribution
- Support up-sell and cross-sell initiatives
Requirements
- Hospitality qualification or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel sales
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
- Proficient in hotel PMS, revenue systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
