We are currently looking for energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team of Grand Baie La Croisette.

As a Sales Representative at Urban Home, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Your goal will be to build lasting relationships with customers and help them create their dream homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process transactions and handle cash/credit card payments.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management.
• Stay up-to-date with current sales promotions and policies.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications:

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings or decor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
• A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time.
• Located in Grand Baie La Croisette
• Shift system
• Weekends, Public Holidays and evening shifts included
• May be required to do overtime from time to time.
