Leal Group is hiring Road Testers for its After Sales department.
MAIN FUNCTION:
Conduct thorough quality checks and test drives after repairs to ensure flawless work.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Service Order complaints before road tests.
- Conduct road tests to confirm repairs are complete.
- Report all anomalies, including those not initially identified by the customer.
- Accurately complete the Road Test report, noting any further needed repairs, and follow up with the workshop.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A Certificate in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent
- At least 01-year experience in a similar position and/or within an automotive after-sales environment
- Ability to read and write (both English and French)
- Valid driving license

- Pleasant personality
- Communicate clearly and with confidence
- Good team player
