Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & retain client portfolio: monitor sales figures per Brand on a yearly and monthly basis and identify client’s needs.
- Monitor sales performance, debtors, and credit terms.
- Promote and sell all our products with monthly activations at specific events to enhance Grays established Brands and Game Changers.
- Ensure product displays, shop presentation, and pricing are always at standard.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop the business and promote all product branding.
Education/ Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for wines, spirits, and customer relations.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales experience in FMCG or hospitality is an advantage.
