Patrick Mavros Atelier in Mauritius  is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a client facing and detail oriented role that requires strong communication skills, an appreciation for craftsmanship, and a high standard of excellence.

You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience, managing boutique operations, and supporting the complete sales process from first welcome to final wrap.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

  • Greet and serve clients with warmth and professionalism, following the Patrick Mavros service protocol.

  • Advise clients on product selection for gifting, collecting, and personal purchases.

  • Guide custom orders and ensure accurate follow-up on all client requests.

  • Conduct boutique tours and communicate the brand story, craftsmanship, and product knowledge confidently.

  • Handle VAT refunds and client invoicing with accuracy.

Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Maintain a clean, well presented boutique environment.

  • Ensure displays are polished and visually aligned with the brand.

  • Manage gift wrapping and presentation with consistent attention to detail.

Inventory & Systems

  • Support monthly stocktakes and restocking .

  • Maintain up-to-date records for packaging, pricing, and promotional items.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.

Administrative Support

Conduct invoicing, reporting, and customer database updates.

  • Coordinate with the finance, production, and logistics teams as needed.

  • Support the planning and execution of boutique events and external exhibitions.

 


 

Profile

  • Experience in retail, luxury sales, hospitality, or a client-facing environment.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly presentable, punctual, and reliable.

  • Team oriented with a proactive, solutions driven mindset.

 


 

This is a full-time and in person role . The ideal candidate brings a balance of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to every client interaction. Training will be provided.
