Job Title: Sales Representative
Experienced B2B Sales professional needed to drive international client growth and close strategic deals.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales person to help grow our international client, in our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with clients.
This is a strategic role that will directly support the Company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Understand client needs and propose tailored outsourcing solutions
- Conduct market analysis and global prospection
- Work closely with management to support business development strategy and execution
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline status
- Represent the company at international trade shows and business events, as needed
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with remote sales and international client engagement
- Willing and available to travel occasionally for trade shows or client meetings
- Strong Sales techniques
