We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager for Kaz'alala & Heritage The Villas to join our Sales & Marketing department to be based in Bel Ombre.
Overview of the Role:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the sales and marketing performance for Kaz’alala and Heritage the Villas located in Bel Ombre.
This role requires a strong commercial background, with a focus on international markets, guest experience, budget management, and internal stakeholder communication.
Main Responsibilities:
Heritage The Villas:
- Act as the primary liaison and representative for villa owners
- Monitor and drive villa sales across all segments, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and achieve a minimum of 60% occupancy.
- Lead the implementation and daily monitoring of the "parahotelier" as a new segment.
- Provide weekly sales, marketing, and occupancy reports; manage and present monthly budget and board packs.
- Collaborate with property, operations, and ownership teams to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Kaz'alala:
- Drive sales and marketing activities to achieve a minimum of 75% occupancy across all segments (Direct, Tour Operator and OTA)
- Lead the implementation and daily monitoring of the "parahotelier" as a new segment.
- Establish and maintain local and international partnerships to increase brand visibility and increase bookings.
- Collaborate with property, operations to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Financial Management & Strategic Development:
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs for each entity.
- Prepare and present monthly reports with recommendations.
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and cross-selling opportunities within the Heritage ecosystem.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and attitude in sourcing new business with a pro-active attitude
Candidate's Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- Fluency in English and French; additional language is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or real estate.
- Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies (Direct, OTA, Tour Operators, DMCs).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and hospitality software knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in budgeting and reporting; familiarity with KPIs and performance tracking.
