KEY FOCUS:
SALE & MARKETING Co-ordinator main objective is to support the Product and Contracts department in order to maximise sales year on year and help support the development of the product portfolio.
Content Creation & Brochure Production
- Write compelling copy that showcases our luxury resorts and travel experiences.
- Proofread and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Support the pricing, planning, and selection of resorts featured in brochures.
- Oversee the brochure production process from concept through to final delivery.
Digital Newsletter Marketing
- Manage and grow our direct-sell email subscriber database.
- Track new subscriptions and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate and deploy engaging newsletters designed to increase sign-ups and drive bookings.
Social Media & Creative Content
- Coordinate all social media channels to increase brand visibility and website traffic.
- Develop engaging posts using creative AI tools and visual design assets.
- Ensure social campaigns effectively support promotions and marketing initiatives.
SEO & Website Strategy
- Contribute to the SEO strategy for both B2b and b2c brands.
- Support digital campaigns and contribute articles or posts that strengthen our online presence.
Campaigns, Research & Projects
- Participate in marketing projects and campaigns that promote destinations and special offers.
- Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and social media content planning.
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Assist with monthly reporting and analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
- Help the team track ROI by destination and support targeted promotions to meet sales goals.
Website Content Management
- Coordinate and maintain up-to-date content across the Luxury Holidays Direct website.
- Ensure all product information, resort details, and promotions are accurate and engaging.
Offers & Contract Promotions
- Ensure all contract offers are properly promoted across relevant marketing channels.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of offer conditions and campaign compliance.
Skills & Qualifications Overview (Summary)
- Education: Minimum Diploma (+2) or Bachelor's degree (+3) in a relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office, with familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others.
- Organisational & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to prioritise tasks, stay organised, analyse information, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Communication & Initiative: Ability to take responsibility, communicates issues clearly, and quickly learn and apply new skills.
- Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking, with the ability to work under pressure, collaborate within a team, and maintain a positive attitude and sense of humour.
- Ideal but not compulsory: At least 1 year of experience in the travel industry, tourism, or digital marketing, with a good understanding of travel products and services.
