Our client is seeking for someone who has good selling skills and has the drive to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy and growth of products in the retail business, more specifically across hardware stores (quincaillerie)
- Managing the sales team so as to expand the customer’s base
- Oversee the production
- Build and promote strong customer relationships with customers
- Make use of marketing tactics to attract customers
Profile:
- Minimum requirement: HSC/BAC + 2 in marketing, business administration or any relevant field. A masters or an MBA would be an advantage
- Successful five years’ experience in sales with experience at managing a team
- Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
