We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively sourcing new tenants through outdoor visits, direct client engagement, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outdoor Sales & Client Acquisition.
- Conduct regular site visits and fieldwork to identify new business opportunities and bring in new customers.
- Promote leasing opportunities to potential tenants through cold calling, networking, and scheduled visits.
- Present available commercial, office spaces and clearly communicate the value proposition.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-up until conversion.
- Represent the Centre professionally in all client interactions and strengthen its market presence.
- Leasing Support & Customer Service.
- Assist in managing appointments, meetings, and events related to tenant onboarding and business development.
- Act as a communication link between prospective tenants and internal departments.
- Support scheduling, coordination, and attendance at external or internal events.
- Welcome and assist potential tenants courteously and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Communicate tenant feedback internally to support improvements.
- Assist in preparing Financial Proposals and follow up with interested parties.
- Prepare lease offers, agreements, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Keep all tenant records updated, including contact and contractual information, in an organized system.
- Work effectively under pressure and respond quickly to urgent or last-minute tasks.
- Handle tenant complaints, investigate concerns, and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
- Collaborate with operations and other teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and seamless Centre operations.
- Organize and participate in tenant-related meetings and events to enhance customer experience.
- Carry out any additional duties as may be reasonably requested.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, leasing, or customer engagement (real estate or retail leasing preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Confident in conducting outdoor client visits and prospecting activities.
Mandatory: Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
