We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to represent the hotel in the marketplace and drive revenue growth.
This role is responsible for managing relationships with 3rd party distributors (DMCs, STOs, Wholesalers, PCOs), positioning the hotel effectively, and maximising occupancy at the best possible rates.
You will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Reservations, and Operations to ensure seamless coordination, outstanding guest experiences, and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and corporate clients
- Respond to enquiries and send accurate quotations within agreed timelines
- Conduct site inspections and represent the hotel at trade shows and sales events
- Support contract negotiations and commission structures with partners
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, REVPAR, and cost of distribution
- Collaborate on pricing strategies and revenue optimization
- Ensure up-to-date rate, promotional, and service information is shared with partners
- Analyse guest feedback and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Support up-sell and cross-sell initiatives across departments
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales within a 4-star hotel environment
- Strong understanding of multi-segment sales (Leisure, MICE, Corporate)
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in hotel PMS, revenue systems, and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
