The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s IoT solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Convert prospects into active customers by presenting tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. - Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. - Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements.
- Understand the company’s product portfolio and communicate technical benefits effectively. - Sales Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. - Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve strategy.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
