Our client, leader in the distribution sector, is looking for a Sales Coordinator.
The successful candidate will assist the Sales Activation Manager in providing back office support to sales team and clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Follow up tasting and PR activities/events.
- Communicate with clients on the Company’s happenings.
- Prepare and coordinate TPR in close collaboration with Sales Activation Manager in their formulation in order to give satisfaction to clients.
- To be the main contact point with all key Accounts (TPR, sales figures, issues).
- To keep record and file brochure and all booking contracts (TG, allée centrale, stands and other instore activities).
- Conduct and present survey (as well as price survey) in collaboration with sales staff.
- Keep updated on market evolution e.g. product knowledge, competitors’ watch etc; give accurate feedback.
- Manage the POSM on the field.
- Implement “in store activities” in liaison with Sales team.
- Ensure that the brand plans (BTL) are executed.
- To capture, process and follow up on all BTL invoices.
- Actively participate in sales meeting and do the follow of all points discussed in the meeting.
- Perform marketing analysis e.g. post promo results.
- Prepare daily sales analysis as & when required using databank (Azurmind) and other sources and provide support and comments for the preparation of business reviews and stock and sales.
- Ensure that important indicators are highlighted to Sales Managers for other analysis such as (cumulative sales, monthly comparison on yearly basis etc…)
- To update routing and client/product mapping on Azurmind on a monthly basis and upon request.
- To prepare and analyse ROI for each key accounts and outlets as and when required.
- Prepare salesmen figures.
- Prepare supermarket figures as and when required.
- Give feedback to Management on the market activities and do post evaluation.
- Ensure that the market ranging if fully implemented as per clients’ categorisation.
- To follow up on market penetration of new products.
- Follow-up of new listing is correctly done by the sales representative.
- Ensure and follow-up of planogram with the collaboration of sales supervisors and sales representatives.
Qualification:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
