As a Sales Coordinator, your mission is to proactively find and qualify new sales leads through daily outbound calls and follow-up on customers enquiries and pending payments.
Execute daily outbound call campaigns to cold and warm prospects to introduce our IT product and services.
- Pitch the company's values quickly to book appointments for the sales team.
- Proactively hunt for new leads by identifying key decision-makers and initiating the first conversation.
- Use persuasive communication to turn prospects into interested leads.
- Detailed logging of all call outcomes and prospect data.
Selection Criteria
- Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in cold calling, tele-sales is highly preferred.
