We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator. You will be a point of contact for our sales team, clients and production department. You will ensure that projects—from initial inquiry to final installation—are handled with precision, timeliness, and excellent customer service.
Order Management: Process sales orders and ensure all Job Cards are sent to Production
Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, provide status updates, and manage post-installation feedback.
Quotation Support: Assist the sales team in preparing accurate quotes and invoices.
Scheduling: Coordinate with the installation team to schedule site visits and final sign placements.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date Clients records, manage job folders, and gather installations photos.
Inter-departmental Link: Facilitate smooth communication between Sales, Design, and Production to meet deadlines.
Experience: Previous experience in sales coordination, project administration, or a similar role (experience in signage, construction, or manufacturing is a major plus).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Mail, and CRM software.
Communication: Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot errors in technical specs or orders before they reach production.
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
