IT Team Lead

Our client, an International digital and technology business transformation company delivering bespoke solutions to the market is looking for a Team Leader to manage a group of professionals within the department to ensure effective delivery of projects, services, and internal initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations and task allocation within the team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all team-related matters
• Support the team in achieving both operational and personal development goals
• Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings and provide constructive feedback
• Define clear goals and KPIs for individuals and the team as a whole
• Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Provide technical support team members in solving complex problems
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and mentoring activities
• Collaborate closely with other Team Leaders and Department Heads
• Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate resource allocation for projects
• Participate in recruitment processes, and onboarding of new team members
• Monitor and report team performance
• Support the implementation of best practices, documentation standards, and process improvements
• Represent the team in internal and external meetings when required
• Ensure the team’s adherence to company values, policies, and culture
