ABC Foods is looking for a dynamic Sales Clerk to assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department.
Key Duties:
- To call customers and take their orders
- To issue sales orders for customers.
- To check and apply total of discount to be given to customers (For specific products and as per the discount list).
- To update and maintain customer database.
- To deal with customer complaints and to report same to the Sales Representatives and the HOD.
Key competencies:
- Good Communication skills both in French and English.
- Relationship Builder with clients.
- Be organised.
- Master Classic Office tool.
- Successful experience in answering and receiving calls
Key qualification:
- Higher School Certificate
- Experience in sales is desirable.
