We are seeking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our customer base and market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed individual and team monthly & yearly sales target
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads
  • Ensure retention of existing clients
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and accurately
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients whilst providing ongoing support
  • Monitor industry trends and market activities to identify new areas for growth.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences as needed.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports and sales records

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum HSC
  • Proven experience in sales; insurance sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and present insurance products confidently
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
