We are seeking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our customer base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed individual and team monthly & yearly sales target
- Identify and pursue new sales leads
- Ensure retention of existing clients
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and accurately
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients whilst providing ongoing support
- Monitor industry trends and market activities to identify new areas for growth.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences as needed.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and sales records
Job Requirements:
- Minimum HSC
- Proven experience in sales; insurance sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and present insurance products confidently
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
