Le Warehouse Ltd 361 is looking for Sales Advisors in our retail network specialize in selling a wide range of electronic devices and home appliances directly to customers and have a higher level of familiarity with 361 products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers warmly.
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers.
  • Process payments and invoicing.
  • Monitor and record inventory and stock levels.
  • Perform periodically check inventory.
  • Ensure regular feedback is given to customers.
  • Support sales goals by promoting value-added items.
  • Comply with operational, safety, or inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure good housekeeping, display of products, clean shelves and floor.
  • Adhere to showroom procedures.
  • Report any stock order needs to Showroom in Charge.
  • Master SOLIS software to maintain our customer database.
  • Report incidents, non-conformance, complaints.
  • Show initiative and pro-activeness in improving health, safety and quality practices.
  • Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned. 

Job skills and requirements:

  • A holder of a School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable by the management.
  • Working experience in retail sales will be a definite advantage.
  • At least one year experience in similar field is preferable.
  • Fluent in English, French and Creole.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Conversant with Microsoft word and excel.
  • Should be of smart appearance. 
  • Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Engaging personality.
  • A team player.
