DistriPC Ltd (Elytis) – a member of Leal Group – is currently looking for a Sales Admin Clerk.
The Sales Admin Clerk will be responsible for providing customer service, assisting with product inquiries, processing transactions and ensuring a swift flow of sales operations within the Channel Sales Dept.
Duties:
• Responsible for handling administrative duties within the Sales Hardware department and assisting the Sales Team in their day-to -day work.
• Backup of front desk sales team in the absence of salespersons and tasks related to this namely: Assisting customers, send sales quote and pricelists, raise invoices.
• Preparing and updating pricelists on a monthly basis with accuracy.
• Process purchase orders received from customers as and when required (both local & export)
• Responsible to create sales orders as and when required
• Responsible to create and generate vetting forms and Sales Quotes as and when required for Back-to-Back and Microsoft ESD orders
• Responsible to raise credit extension as and when required.
• Responsible to provide the appropriate and relevant documents to the store for prompt delivery (ex. PO).
• To ensure that orders are approved by the COO & Finance Manager prior to sending them to the Operations dept. for PO creation.
• Responsible for the follow – Up of orders sent to the Operations dept.
• To request required information from Operations dept. to update resellers when needed / requested.
• Call customers and follow – up on voucher distributions.
• Send marketing campaign / promotions in the channel.
Responsible to perform any other duties as and when requested by the head of department and wherever possible.
