SOMMELIER

We are looking for a Sommelier to act as our wine specialist in order to serve our resident guests. This position is open to Mauritian citizens only.

Experience & Qualifications:

Relevant experience in hotels or restaurants

Knowledge and skills in wine and food pairing

Available to work as per restaurant's opening hours

Fluent in English & French

Job Profile:

Create and update wine list;

Handle Wine tasting activity for guests;

Advise on wine as per food choices

Selection, creation of menus, managing stock
