We are looking for a Senior Network & Security Engineer to join our dynamic team, supporting both local and regional operations across Africa and the Indian Ocean. The successful candidate will play an important role in designing, deploying, and maintaining robust wired, wireless, and secure network infrastructures for our clients.

This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated, technically skilled professional to lead initiatives, support presales activities, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain wired, wireless, and network security solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring technical issues and implement effective long-term solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive issue detection using network monitoring and management tools.
• Develop standard operating procedures and continuously improve delivery methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
• Lead technical initiatives to enhance the organisation’s overall technical excellence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support presales efforts, including delivering technical presentations to clients.
• Participate in technical on-call support and provide timely resolution to critical issues.
• Deliver training sessions to end users on deployed solutions.
• Attend technology training and acquire relevant certifications to maintain the company's partnership levels.

Candidates Profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications from vendors such as HPE Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point are an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in deploying complex LAN, WLAN, and network security solutions.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and RADIUS.
• Familiarity with cloud networking is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Holder of a valid driving licence.
