SAFYR UTILIS LTD a Management Company regulated by the FSC of Mauritius and accredited with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK) as Chartered Tax Adviser, is currently recruiting a Senior Business Development Executive with a minimum of 6 years.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Unit (‘BDU’) with key aspects of leads sourcing and follow-up, and of client sign-off and on-boarding;
- Ensure close monitoring of BDU leads and sales dashboards, and of Business Introducers;
- Assist the BDU in its Research & Development and Product Development initiatives;
- Contribute to the achievement of BDU targets and set deadlines, in Mauritius and abroad;
- Assist in the development/implementation of corrective actions for resolution of problematic issues;
- Generally deliver a seamless service to internal and external clients of the Company.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree in Administration, Management, Law and Management, Finance or equivalent qualification. Master degree would be an advantage;
- 6+ years prior experience in the Global Business sector;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, both in English and French;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Avid learner with good IT skills;
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
- Have a working knowledge of AML/CFT regulations;
- Have a good technical knowledge of Global Business structures (GBL1, GBL2, Trusts, Funds, Foundations, Protected Cell Companies, etc.) and relevant regulatory requirements.
