To liaise with sales representatives and take orders from clients on a day to day basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer to active and new customer queries regarding product availability, price and delivery schedules
- Contact and interact with a predefined list of clients for their orders and perform cross-selling whenever needed
- Liaise and work closely with sales representative for clients under sales representative’s responsibility
- Input clients orders on system in a timely manner for early order preparation process by operations
- Issue final invoices following data capturing on system and stock availability
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management.
Qualification and Requirement
- SC or HSC
- 1+ years’ retail sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of an ERP would be an advantage
- Excellent computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Proactive
- Attention to details
- Ability to work on a shift system
