MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
• Knowledge of company history, products, and services
• Masters’ Tour operator specificities, client profile and market trends.
• Ensures all clients receive their arrival and departure messages as per procedures.
• Organizes information meetings.
• Check and follow up of tickets with airlines.
• Assists clients for all required modifications and requests during their stay.
• Delivers assistance and ensures follow up as per instructions and requirements.
• Accompanies visitors on local tours and guide them within a specific region, area, city or site.
• Provide special information on history, archaeology, monuments etc..
• Lead tour groups, advise tour members of local interest points; prepare and present tour commentaries.
• Coordinate pre-arranged tour activities such as visits to local attractions, restaurants or shops, rides, cruises, and extended tours.
• Ensure sales of services as per the company’s procedures and targets.
• Explain and propose the different products and services of the company.
• Ensure the receipt of payment for services provided.
• Make reservation with Tours Reservation according to procedures.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• HSC holder
• Certificate in sales or equivalent
• At least two years' experience in the tourism sector
• Fluent in Russian is compulsory – (Both written and spoken)
• Fluent in French and English
• Customer Relations Skills
• Planning and Selling Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Broad Knowledge of airlines services
• Good Knowledge of local geography
• Adaptability and flexibility to last minute change
• Willing to work odd hours (shift system) and during Weekends and Public Holidays.
