Regional Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced, visionary Regional Factory Manager to lead strategic operations. This role suits a results-oriented professional with strong manufacturing, production, and import/export expertise, ideally gained within a factory or industrial environment.

As the Regional Factory Manager, you will:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or equivalent
• Minimum 8–10 years’ leadership experience in retail, furniture, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.
• Proven track record in market development, team leadership, and P&L management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
• Willingness and ability to relocate and work in Indonesia.
