Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales
  • Generates new customer accounts and develops new business opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Prepares and sends quotations as per clients’ requests
  • Markets all Linxia’s products and services
  • Follows up on clients as to impending purchases
  • Concludes sales by processing purchase orders made by clients and performs invoicing
  • Manages client’s account and customer portfolio
  • Ensures that sales are meeting or exceeding monthly sales target
Customer Service
Ensures excellent customer relationships by:
  • dealing with customers courteously
  • attending to specific needs of customers and answering all their queries
  • ensuring the timely delivery of services requested by clients 
Existing Business Retention
  • Present new products and/or other existing products that may be of interest to the client
  • Maintains good relations with existing clients through regular communication (phone/mail)
QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFICATIONS
  • A  Diploma /Degree in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Strong Sales and customer oriented
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good written and spoken English and French                                                     
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar job position
  • Available immediately
