Recruitment Team Lead
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the local recruitment team to deliver high-quality staffing solutions across multiple industries. This role requires overseeing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring team performance, and building strong candidate pipelines. The Team Leader will also serve as a key liaison with international stakeholders and clients, ensuring service excellence and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Guide, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality results.
- Drive Recruitment Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and selection to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for international clients, ensuring strong relationships and service delivery.
- Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to recruiters, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team KPIs, ensuring alignment with company standards and business objectives.
- Innovation & Strategy: Research, recommend, and implement creative sourcing techniques to build strong and diverse talent pipelines.
- Process Oversight: Ensure effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and accurate data management.
- Project Support: Coordinate tender submissions, salary benchmarking, and market analysis for recruitment projects
- Business Growth: Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in international recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruiter role.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (both written and verbal).
- Solid understanding of recruitment systems, tools, and digital sourcing strategies.
