As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for the organization.

Your responsibilities within our Tribe

  • Manage advertisements, in collaboration with the Recruitment Coordinator
  • Sourcing the CVs received on the various media (social networks, advertisements or others)
  • Conducting telephone and in-person interviews
  • Select suitable candidates in collaboration with the department managers
  • Carry out reference checks
  • Manage the relationship with recruitment agencies
  • Participate in job fairs and company open days
  • Write employment contract offers
  • Collaborate with the HR administrative officers for the follow-up of new recruits: employment contracts and integration
  • Ensure that recruitment objectives are met within the deadlines
  • Report to your line manager


Your distinctive profile

  • Graduate (minimum 2 years of higher education)
  • Experience in recruitment (minimum 1 year)
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office and in particular Excel)
  • Good level of oral and written French
  • Autonomy
  • Sense of priorities and anticipation
  • Time management
  • Implication / rigor / organization/ Confidentiality
  • Versatility
  • Negotiation skills
  • Listening skills / empathy
  • Team player
