As the first point of contact for our hotel, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests, and artisans. If you have excellent communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Profile
- Certificate from the Hotel School or any other recognised institution
- Be computer literate, including, amongst others, a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and HMS.
- Having experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage.
- Be outgoing and confident, have a pleasant personality, and enjoy dealing with people.
- Fluent in English and French, a third language, will be an advantage.
- Having good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have a good memory of faces, as guests like to be remembered.
- Desire to work in a team and strong willingness to bring his or her own contribution towards the realisation of his or her departmental objectives
- Readiness to perform odd hours of work, including working on Sundays, public holidays, cyclonic days, and special days, i.e., Christmas’ and New Year’s Eve, etc.
