Be in charge of the reception and deal with calls and visitors in a professional manner.

 

  • As a key point of entry to the organization, act at all times, with tact, discretion and courtesy at the front office.
  • Be in charge of the switch board and telephone control centre.
  • Direct callers who are uncertain on their required contact to the most appropriate department/contact.
  • Be in charge of the registry which includes the opening and distribution of the correspondences, the proper filing of documents.
  • Organise dispatch accordingly.
  • Receive, welcome and refer visitors to the relevant individual or department.
  • Organise reservation of meeting rooms.
  • Assist in administrative/clerical duties.
