Our client in the accounting sector is seeking to recruit a Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as required.
Profile:
- Minimum SC/HSC qualification.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
