We are seeking a well-presented and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and the flexibility to assist with various administrative and client service tasks.
Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment
Manage all incoming phone calls, messages, and front desk communications with clarity and professionalism
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars as required
Draft, type, and format letters, documents, and internal notes accurately and promptly upon request
Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for efficient recordkeeping
Ensure the reception and common office areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management, including handling correspondence, printing, filing, and follow-ups
Offer assistance during meetings or visits (e.g., preparing light refreshments or materials when needed, etc.)
Run small errands or carry out support tasks related to office or management needs
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all tasks and communications
Be proactive and flexible in supporting additional responsibilities that may arise in the normal course of business
