Our client, a luxury ecotourism company, is seeking to recruit a Quote Administration Coordinator who will report to the Operations Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all active quotes in real-time using internal tools and trackers.
  • Identify internal or external blockers and either resolve or escalate as appropriate.
  • Liaise closely with Journey Guides and Journey Designers to minimise lag during handovers.
  • Ensure urgent or high-tier guest quotes are prioritised appropriately.
  • Maintain daily visibility on quotes nearing the 48-hour threshold.
  • Act as the go-to contact for quote status and flow queries.
  • Drive accountability across teams by surfacing delays and proposing solutions.
  • Contribute insights to SMIL leadership on quote performance trends.
Profile:

  • HSC / Diploma.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, assertive yet collaborative.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
  • Calm under pressure, especially during high-quote-volume periods.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented.
