Quality Specialist

Xtruline transforms a large variety of thermoplastic polymers. Xtruline applies diverse extrusion techniques, which capacitate the production of tubes used in the manufacturing of medical devices. We are now seeking for our Quality Specialist who will Team up with the Xtruline Team.

As a Quality Specialist your tasks are below:

• Responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS): ISO 13485 certification.

• Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.

• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s.

• Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.

• Report the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.

• Conduct periodic management review meetings.

• Oversee complaints.

• Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.

• Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.

• Lead QC direct reports such as operators/inspectors.

• Manage the ERP system relative to purchasing, sales, CAPA and stock modules.

• Is accountable for accurate & timely inventory to ensure maintenance of stock & replenishment of supplies.

• Is responsible to maintain a follow up for purchase requests & orders.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, tools and procedures.
• Good working knowledge of the Quality System
• Strong attention to details
• Good organizational skills
• Good technical writing and oral communication skills are required to ensure effective and succinct report generation, and effective communication skills.
• Comfort in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at once are a must.
