To provide assistance to the Accounting Department.

 

Reporting to the Accountant, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post accounting documents such as fees, receipts, invoices, requisitions, vouchers, expense accounts and related operating reports
  • File and maintain accounting records and reports
  • Prepare statements and lists of outstanding bills payable
  • Prepare payment for creditors and perform supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum HSC or equivalent
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications

Other Requisites:

  • Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills
  • Able to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines
