Develops and update quality standards and guidelines and provide monitoring, consulting and all training services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, update quality standards, provide monitoring, consulting and all training services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct frequent quality spot-checks within all Departments to ensure that SOPs and quality compliance are adhered to.
Determine root causes of non-adherence to quality standards set by the Hotel and proposes solutions to Senior Management.
Set up and coordinate various interdepartmental committees and work-groups with regards to quality standard, such as HACCP, Environment, Hygiene, Safety, Energy Management, Waste Management, Quality Circles, etc.
Attend and participate in HODs meetings and Management Updates as required.
Represent the Hotel in meetings/seminars or any other events linked to Quality as when required.
Plan, develop, provide training and create Team Members development programs.
Create and maintain quality assurance standards, checklists, and procedures as well ensure regular audit processes adhering to quality standards.
AnalyzeQA data to identify patterns, recurring issues, and areas of improvement by carrying out in-depthinvestigation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Develop training materials by creating manuals, SOPs, e-learning content, and onboarding programs.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain updated records of QA audits, training logs, and employee certifications.
