QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

• To monitor bus arrival and departure at stand as and when required. • To work in the traffic office and help in deploying buses. • To carry out quality checks (cleanliness/ reliability/ courtesy / schedule adherence). • To carry out ticket inspection.

• • To perform training of drivers and conductors as and when required.
  • To report any irregularities which may have been encountered during a check to the the HR Department within 48 hours.
  • Give en route information to the Stand Regulators to better plan the flow of buses
  • Identify and report non conformances as per the quality procedures.
  • To produce reports as and when required.
  • Record any customer complaints.
