Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to oversee the full vehicle delivery process — from preparation to final handover. You will be fully responsible for the readiness, presentation, and on-time delivery of all vehicles.

• Take full ownership of all vehicle deliveries — from planning to execution.

• Coordinate with mechanics, detailers, messengers, and sales teams to ensure each vehicle is ready.

• Verify all documentation is complete and accurate before handover.

• Inspect vehicles thoroughly for cleanliness, functionality, and readiness.

• Liaise directly with customers when needed to confirm delivery expectations and timing.

• Ensure accessories, fuel levels, floor mats, gift items, etc., are correctly installed/placed.

• Maintain a clean, professional delivery bay at all times.

• Act proactively to fix issues.

• Follow up on any post-delivery matters raised by customers and report back immediately.

• Carry out any task required to ensure a flawless customer delivery experience.
