Job Description

Within the Projects cluster, you will be responsible for managing projects for the creation or maintenance of websites and / or mobile applications under the responsibility of the Director of Projects Management. You will have the following tasks: 

• IT, multimedia and E-business project management
• Functional and even technical design and development of specifications
• Communication around projects with clients in France and abroad
• Definition of the production schedule and writing of documentation
• Monitoring and reporting on ongoing projects
• Monitoring and accompanying tasks assigned to the production team (developers and integrators)
• Accompanying change to users and customers.
• Management of test campaigns, realization of tests and quality monitoring of projects
• Organization of planning and coordination of a team of programmers

Ideal Candidate

• Postgraduate course in Computer Science
• Master in web and IT project management
• A first experience in web, digital, mobile or e-commerce project management is an advantage
• Knowledge of SEO, planning tool (s) and Agile methodology is also an advantage.
• Be able to synthesize ideas and work as a team
• Knowledge of these tools is also an asset:
  - Planning tool (type MS project)
  - Bug tracking tool (Jira, Mantis, Redmine ...)
  - Office automation (compulsory)
  - CMS: Wordpress, Drupal, Magento ...
